Current Position

Mevlana Legal Trust has not yet completed a full financial year. Accordingly there are no audited accounts, no annual report and no impact figures to publish.

This page will be updated as each of those becomes available, and as our registration status changes.

Trust Registration

Registered as a legal trust.

Section 12A — Not registered

We do not currently hold income tax exemption under Section 12A.

Section 80G — Not registered

Donations to us are not currently tax-deductible. We cannot issue 80G certificates. Please factor this in before giving.

FCRA — Not registered

We are not permitted to accept foreign contributions. Please donate only from an Indian source.

CSR Eligibility — Not yet eligible

We cannot currently receive corporate CSR contributions under Section 135.
